Springs, and the more springs per 1 meter the better. Polyurethane - in the common people it is poralon, with modern times it can be traced to the pits. The springs are not traceable and do not form holes. If you jump on them, they certainly will not survive. I am a furniture repairman, furniture repair is my bread and butter.
